Purchase and returns policies
How to purchase
Click on the Galleries link. When you find the artwork you wish to buy, use the purchase enquiry form or contact me and provide me with the name of the artwork, any reference number, and descriptions of the items you wish to buy. Please also provide me with the country, region and postcode the item(s) will be sent to. I will then provide you with details of shipping and insurance costs.
Security
All credit card transactions are made through Paypal, a secure online payment system. PayPal never shares your financial information with Art Chez-Vous.
Payment
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as payment throught PayPal accounts.
You will be charged as soon as your order is processed.
You may also pay by banker's draft, postal order or by personal cheque or simple electronic bank transfer - I will provide you with an invoice. Artwork will not be shipped until funds have cleared.
Shipping
Postage, packaging and insurance costs will be added to your order. Please contact me and I will send you a cost for your destination.
Packaging & insurance
Artwork is well packed to avoid damage and is insured against damage or non-delivery. Please contact me immediately, within 48 hours, if your artwork arrives damaged.
Replacement, exchange or a refund will be put in place.
Delivery
Depending on your location, delivery will normally be made within 10 working days of your confirmed purchase and cleared payment. You will receive an email regarding delivery date. Delivery times vary according to destination and carriers.
Customs and Excise duties
Purchases from some countries outside the UK may attract duty charges. Responsibility for complying with the Customs & Excise procedures of the destination country and any levied duties rests with the purchaser.
Returns
I want you to be delighted with your purchase.
If you should decide that you wish to return a purchase for reasons other than transit damage, please notify me with the reason for return within 3 days of receipt of the item.
Once I have received the returned item, you will be reimbursed the full purchase value less all shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery in the original or other appropriate packaging and appropriately insured with your carrier, otherwise I regret that I will be unable to provide a refund.
Copyright
Title of artwork ownership will pass to the purchaser upon cleared receipt of payment.
Copyright of the artwork remains with the artist. Artwork and designs must not be copied or reproduced in any way. Please also view my legal statement pertaining to the graphics and information on www.art-chez-vous.co.uk. Breaches of copyright will be taken very seriously.
Image variations
Variations occur in screen resolutions and photography conditions and light. This may result in a slight distortion of colour and appearance.
Data
Information collected during the purchasing or commissioning process is strictly confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Applicable law
Every sale shall be deemed to be performed in England and therefore English law shall govern the total of all transactions.
